What awaits you?

• You specify and document Software requirements as well as architecture modelling processes and tools.
• You make sure they fit in the overall BMW development workflows and provide best in class user experience to the development teams.
• Furthermore, you select and steer an outsourced team implementing and configuring those tools.
• You are the main referent person for 5 to 8 ECU Software projects using your processes.
• You promote the adoption of your processes by other Software projects within the BMW group.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Software development or Software project management.
• The capacity to think out of the box and come with modern and developer friendly solutions (git based, integrated in CI etc.).
• Solid practical experience with tools such as Codebeamer, Doors, EA, Magicdraw is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to discuss technical topics with business audiences.
• Business-fluent English.
